We provide vehicles to not at fault drivers who have been in a collision involving a vehicle owned or operated by another insured party If your vehicle has been damaged by a straying animal (farm or pet) that has an owner and fault is acknowledged, you may be eligible for a replacement vehicle . It takes between 24-48 hours to assess an application depending on liability confirmation from the at fault party’s insurer. In many circumstances, however, we can provide a loan car within the hour, so please call us to discuss your specific situation
“Like-for-like” means a vehicle of similar size and quality to your car. If we don’t have something similar available, we’ll discuss alternatives with you to ensure the loan car suits your needs and lifestyle.
We arrange to deliver and collect the vehicle at a time and location that are convenient to you, including your home, office or the panel shop when you drop off your own car for repairs.
Eligible not at fault drivers are entitled to an accident loan vehicle of the equivalent value of their own vehicle for the duration of the repairs.
