You can apply for hire car after an accident if you believe you are not at fault. Simply apply online or by calling our team on 0800 004 203. We’ll ask you to provide us with all the relevant information we need to process your claim.
If you are submitting an application online and are unable to provide us with all the necessary information at the time of submitting the form, we may be in touch with you to get the additional details we need.

Once we receive your application for not at fault car hire, our team will work to help you get back on the road quickly after a not at fault vehicle accident. We aim to provide same day approval once we receive your completed application. However, if your car isn't drivable immediately following an accident, we may be able provide an accident replacement vehicle to you the same day.
In order to grant approval, we go through all the information you've provided to confirm that the accident wasn't your fault. In addition to calling the at fault party and their insurer, we'll be reviewing accident photos and ensuring that the at fault party has lodged an insurance claim and is accepting liability.

Once your application is ready, we'll book in a date for you to get your replacement vehicle. You'll also receive the relevant documentation that you'll need to sign.
Please note that we do collect your credit card information in case we need to process charges at the end of your hire. These charges include:
Fuel, if you return the vehicle with less fuel than when you received it.
Tolls.
Traffic or parking infringements.
Vehicle cleaning, if the vehicle is returned dirty.
Unacceptable wear and tear.
Damage costs, if an accident isn't reported to us within 24 hours.
Administrative costs.

While you're using our replacement vehicle, you'll cover the costs of fuel, tolls (and their related administrative fees) and traffic or parking infringements (and their related administrative fees), just as you would in your own car.
Once your vehicle has been repaired or you've received your settlement, we'll arrange a suitable time and place with you to return the replacement vehicle.

Once our vehicle has been returned, we recover the costs of your hire through the at fault insurer.

Our process is designed to provide you with a simple way to keep moving after an accident that wasn't your fault.
