Why do you collect my credit card details when I am not at fault?
We collect your credit card details in case we need to process charges at the end of your hire such as:

Fuel (if you return the vehicle with less fuel that when it was provided to you)

Traffic or parking infringements

Vehicle cleaning (if the vehicle is returned dirty)

Unacceptable wear & tear

Excess or damage

Administrative costs.
